Here you can find pictures of the Tseun Wan District, one of the first New Towns in Hong Kong. This part of Hong Kong is located about 20 minutes by MTR (Mass Transit Rail) from Central, halfway the trip to the airport. You can find a relatively old city center with busy streetlife, and a lot of big housing estates in this New Town. Also the 319 meters tall Nina Tower is UC here. Counting tip of the roof this will become the 3th tallest building in Hong Kong.

this are pictures of a housing estate which is maybe 25 to 35 years old. Have a look at the landscaped roof of the podium:

This is a housing estate called tsing yi which is close to Tseun Wan (it can be seen on the panorama). In the podium of the complex is a shopping mall and an MTR and Airport Express station located, an amazing example of multiple space use.
